The guys that work there are awesome! They are so kind and informative. Plus, they got me in and out in about 10 minutes without trying to get me to pay for extras. They offered a military discount. I brought my own oil and filter and they had no problem with that. Thank you guys!

I really like this place. It's my go to for oil changes. I don't buy the air and cabin filters because like anywhere else, yeah they are overpriced when you can do it yourself, but as far as speed and service, these guys are the best. Fast oil changes, friendly guys, great service.

In and out fast. Oil change and state inspection in 30 minutes. Also, this is maybe the ONLY place within 15 miles that actually does inspections. I tried Take 5, Jiffy Lube, Firestone, etc. None of them do state inspections.

Drove up at 9:15am on Thursday. Was not only impressed with cleanliness but the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Manager calling us sir and ma’am! Took a minute to try to get our business in the future and was also really funny. Great job !!

I needed a state inspection and also a coolant flush. They recommend a few other things I may need due to mileage and age of my truck. No pressure from them about the added items, just recommendations. I did take there advice and I can tell my truck feels so much smoother driving it. I 100% recommend this place.

Stopped in to get my oil changed today and they were great!!! Each of the workers were so polite and helpful! Absolutely no pressure and I will definitely be back!

I came in for an inspection / emissions test and I was done in 5 mins. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. They also inflated my tires and cleaned the windshield. Highly recommended.

This is going to be our new state inspection spot ! You drive up and You get to stay in the car and they even clean your windshield!! 👍♥️ They are fast and friendly. Got me out in less than 10 minutes. Its A hidden gem!

My car leaked oil after the oil change at Terrell Lube & Tune. So much I had to miss work because I didn’t want to damage my car any further. I had to wait til the store reopened on Monday. They had forced the wrong oil filter into my car. My car was making a loud sound after they “fixed” it and said it was the alternator. After I had it checked elsewhere the alternator was fine. The oil filter that was used as making my car leak and making my car make a loud noise. Afterwards I contacted the manager at Terrell Lube & Tune, he said the owner would call me to make things right. The owner never responded to me. I called the manager the next day and he said that the owner said that they used the filter the computer told them to. Obviously they don’t know what they are doing if they have to force the incorrect part. The owner couldn’t even call me to apologize. I do not recommend this place. I know of another customer that had some issues with this place I hope no one else has to go through this!

In & out in 15 for a state inspection didn't even get out of the car. Great service, kind and respectful. Definitely will be my go to place for inspections at the very least.

I went here for my inspection, they were professional, quick, I was in and out within 10 minutes, didn't even have to get out of the car. The three guys working there today were kind and did not mess around. They deserve a raise 👍👍

I have to agree with Chino Hill, Randall Lewis and all of the current on the lack of respect that the new management or owners offer to their customers. I asked my wife to take my car in for an oil change, the drain plug had fluid dripping from and hadn't been wiped down nor was the side of the car or the hood latch area. greasy hand prints every where. I was servicing 2 vehicles here prior to the recent change in ownership, attitude and customer respect. If you can't treat people right you don't belong in service industry.
